What ?

Almost every Saturday night in Paris, in the waterless fountain of Le Palais de Tokyo, a bunch of fire people take the place and meet around the Arts of poï, staffs, firebreathing and all sort of things ! This place is well-known from all across Europe to be THE place to go in order to meet the fire scene in France. Le Palais is magical, it has its own vibe, willing to share. Since nearly 6 years, the French crew Burn Crew Concept helps these nights to be nice in every point. The cleanliness and trashing of the cans is one of these points. Come as you are, you'll be welcome.

Where ?

Ok, so now you want to go but you don't know where it is ? Le Palais de Tokyo, a modern art museum, is located in the XVI th district of Paris. Facing the Eiffel Tower.

When ?

Almost every Saturday night, and this is going on since 24 January 2004. Festivities begin around 9pm and end with the last subway (~2am). Sometimes, nobody will be there. Maybe all the people are in a convention or another event you didn't heard of. Be sure to check the forum in order to see if something is going on @ the Palais or not.

Birthday parties

Every year, at the end of January, tens of jugglers come to celebrate the birthday of these firenights. Anniversaries of Le Palais are always very big parties, with lot of people, music and good vibes. If you're in Paris at this time of the year, be sure to check this out ! 'coz it rocks !

Safety :

The waterless fountain of Le Palais de Tokyo, although it is mostly frequented by good people (fire people) is still in the streets of Paris, a big city. So if you plan to stay after the last subway is gone, be very careful with the people you might come across. Don't come with too much valuable objects and be sure to leave your bag under surveillance while you play. Bag stealing is the most common thing that can happen to you. But if you're a little bit careful, it won't be a problem at all.

Also, be sure to have all the things you need to play :

Things you should have :

  • Your toys (verified !)
  • Some oil
  • A dipper
  • Water (very important)
  • Cell phone
  • Biafine (or cream to apply after a burn)

Things you might have :

  • Aluminium cans are better than glass bottles
  • Bin bags to keep the place clean
  • Wet towel
  • A lighter
